In recent hotel and restaurant launches, a major focus was put on sustainability

 

For instance, small single use plastic bottles were completely eliminated, printed material reduced to the minimum requirements, table water bottled on site to avoid transport of tons of water and glass from foreign countries, restaurant menus are written seasonally, using only fresh ingredients from the region we are operating in. This helps to reduce transport cost, ensures freshness and supports the local farmers and communities
