We can benchmark the average checks per meal period and seats sold to determine the potential revenue, and based on historical data and the knowledge of the respective restaurant scene the expenses are calculated to work out the EBITDA

The client will be provided with a detailed budget for 3 years of operation. This document is linked to the initial investment, if applicable
